Good day, dear friends and future guests! We are the Sparrows (literally that is our real name), and we invite you to get to know our story, share our dream, and open the doors of our home, Sparrow’s Nest.
In a world where many seek happiness beyond the borders of their country, we, Florin and Roxana, chose to return home. After years of traveling and experiencing European and Asian cultures, we left behind successful careers to establish a family in our native country, Romania. We brought with us the experience gained in the hospitality industry and the desire to contribute to the development of Romanian tourism.
Thus, we laid the foundation for Sparrow’s Nest cabin, a project born out of passion for people and love for our country, driven by the desire to showcase its authentic beauty to the world. We carefully chose the location, aiming to offer our guests a complete experience. And where else could we fulfill our dream than in the picturesque town of Râșnov?
Râșnov is a city steeped in history, nestled amidst nature and offering a wealth of attractions. Surrounded by Peleș and Bran Castles, as well as Râșnov Citadel, it offers for the visitors the opportunity to connect with the past and escape from the daily stress. Nearby, Brașov seamlessly blends the old with the new, offering a unique urban experience. For nature and sports enthusiasts, Poiana Brașov or Cheile Grădiștei are ideal destinations. Regardless of the chosen location, whether for hiking or biking in the summer, sledding or skiing in the winter, you will not be disappointed.
Sparrow’s Nest is more than just a cabin. It is the place where we returned to start a family and where we hope you will feel at home. It is a heartfelt project through which we aim to contribute to Romania’s image. It is a dream that we have turned into reality and that we want to share with all of you.
